An intense and productive day for both companies, where empathy, common interests, and the desire to work together opened up various collaboration possibilities in strategic sectors.

On 18 May, the General Manager of AL-KO Spain, Benjamín Alonso Floría, and its Sales Director, Sergio Gómez Sánchez, met with Richard Gravenhorst, Business Director, and Jesús Javier Dotor, Head of Key Accounts, at the BERGSTROM facilities in Alcalá de Henares.

This meeting is part of the mutual interest of both companies in the study of possible synergies in the Caravanning Sector.

AL-KO is a leading company in the manufacturing and commercialization of components for trailers and caravans, and BERGSTROM is a leader in the manufacturing and design of air conditioning equipment for industrial vehicles. Two companies which have the potential to effectively merge their wide-ranging expertise and encourage business collaboration by taking joint actions, sharing their knowledge, and creating new ideas together. This collaboration could have a direct impact on the development of both businesses, improving the competitive position, strengthening differentiation and opening doors to diversification.

The day concluded with a visit to the BERGSTROM manufacturing plant, where our guests were able to take a closer look at the environmentally friendly IRIS cooler specially designed for caravans and motor homes.
