how can I identify my equipment?
OPTION 1 - BUTTON CONTROL PANEL
If the equipment is switched on and has a button control panel, you can easily and quickly identify your equipment as follows:
- Press the button ( 1 ) and check the code (a combination of a letter and a number) shown on the display ( 2 ), you will get the model of your equipment.
- Pull down the CODE TABLE and look up the code in the table to identify your equipment.
OPTION 2 - TACTILE CONTROL PANEL If the equipment is switched on and has a tactile control panel, you can easily and quickly identify your equipment as follows:
- Disconnect the equipment from the mains and reconnect it so that the display shows a code consisting of a combination of a number and a letter.
- Pull down the CODE TABLE and look up the code in the table to identify your equipment.

OPTION 3 - EQUIPMENT DISSASSEMBLED OR DOES NOT SWITCH ON.
- In the event that your air conditioning unit does not turn on or is disassembled, you can identify the product by obtaining its reference number from the identification sticker that is attached to the inside of the front of the unit.
- Scroll down the FRONT TYPES to see the location of the sticker according to the model of the front.
- The sticker contains the equipment reference ( 1 ) and its serial number ( 2 ).
